Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 10 - 1, fighting out of New York, Hong Li!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li misses with a head kick.
Li misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
LePew avoids a kick to the body.
Li stuffs the takedown attempt from LePew. LePew gets slowly back to his feet.
Li moves in looking to clinch but LePew pushes him off.
LePew ducks right into an uppercut from Li.
Li misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from LePew.
Li scores with a nice head shot.
Li is looking to chop away at LePew's legs.
Li pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Li is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
LePew ducks under a wild hook from Li.
LePew misses with a low kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Li looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Li throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Li drives through and clinches with LePew against the cage.
Li manages to break the clinch.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Li.
LePew checks a leg kick.
Li tries to clinch up
and LePew counters with a single leg into guard. Li didn't expect that.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
LePew passes easily into side control. Nice work.
LePew is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Li knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
LePew is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Li is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

LePew wants to control for a moment but Li uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
LePew is looking to advance position but Li won't allow it.
Li is trying to get back to full guard.
LePew wants to pass the guard but Li is defending well.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. LePew connects with a nice short shot to Li's temple.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
LePew tries to pass the half guard into mount. Li knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Li is staying active underneath LePew, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
LePew is working for a submission of some sort.
Li won't allow LePew to pass to mount.
Li is not content to let LePew control the position.
LePew works his foot free and advances to mount.
LePew is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Li is surviving well by controlling LePew's body position as best he can.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
LePew is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Li is in real trouble.
Li covering up well under a barage of strikes.
Li is trying to break free.
LePew is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Li has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but LePew has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Li taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. LePew doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Pepe LePew!
