With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Butch Gunner!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunner fails with a takedown attempt.
Gunner stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Byrne.
Gunner tries for a takedown but Byrne sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Gunner looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

David Byrne has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Butch Gunner.
Byrne lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Byrne connects with a leg kick. Gunner looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Gunner is trying desperately to land a takedown but Byrne is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Gunner.
Byrne bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Byrne is looking to slow Gunner down with leg kicks.

Byrne's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
