The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacobs avoids a punch combination nicely.

Jacobs shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Camcho's guard.

Jacobs lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jacobs postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Camcho looks a forlorn figure.

Jacobs postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Camcho badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Jacobs around the waist but Jacobs pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Jacobs is the winner by TKO! Jacobs jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

In his post fight interview, Matthew Jacobs started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
