The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ross takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Sangweni tries to clinch up but Ross circles away and keeps his distance.
Sangweni displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

It looks like Ryan Ross has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A punch combination from Sangweni misses.
Sangweni defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ross.
Sangweni throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
An inside leg kick lands from Sangweni.
Ross misses with a takedown attempt
and Sangweni counters with a nice kick to the body.
Ross is breathing heavily.
Sangweni digs a good body shot into Ross's ribs.

Sangweni moves into range and clinches up with Ross.

Sangweni escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Sangweni rushes Ross and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Sangweni lands with a right to the head.

Ryan Ross's cut is getting worse.
Still in the clinch, Sangweni scores with a nice short uppercut.

Sangweni breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Sangweni knocks Ross out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
