The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from ZyD.
A head kick misses from Gerrik.
Gerrik lands a front kick.
ZyD shoots for a takedown but Gerrik saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Gerrik clinches up with ZyD and pushes him back against the cage.

Gerrik gets through ZyD's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Gerrik turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Gerrik manages to end up in side control.
