PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hans Dietrich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Silvizzle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hans Dietrich!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 16 - 1, fighting out of New York, Anderson Silvizzle!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Bruno Lombardi and Anthony Taglia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silvizzle avoids the head kick by Dietrich.
Dietrich throws a body kick that misses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Silvizzle looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Silvizzle.
Dietrich misses with a kick to the body.
Dietrich tries a head kick but it misses.
Silvizzle shoots in looking for a takedown but Dietrich manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Silvizzle's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Silvizzle takes one to the side of the head.

It looks like Anderson Silvizzle has been cut.
Hans Dietrich seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dietrich cracks Silvizzle with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dietrich keeps Silvizzle at a distance using the push kick.
Silvizzle looks winded!
Dietrich throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Silvizzle tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Dietrich explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Dietrich throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Silvizzle stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Dietrich clobbers Silvizzle with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Dietrich.
Dietrich throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Dietrich lands with a shot to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dietrich dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Dietrich throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Silvizzle stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Dietrich.
A slapping leg kick lands for Dietrich.
Dietrich digs a good hook to Silvizzle's body.
Dietrich throws a sloppy head kick and Silvizzle moves out of range easily.
Dietrich is looking to wear down Silvizzle with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Dietrich lands a nice shot to the body.
Dietrich scores with a punch to the head.
Dietrich lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Dietrich pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dietrich throws a half hearted mid kick.
Dietrich throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dietrich throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Silvizzle colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Dietrich as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Silvizzle is left battered and dazed whilst Dietrich and his camp cheer!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hans Dietrich!
During a confident post fight interview, Hans Dietrich thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
