Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yosemite Sam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yo Moe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Yo Moe enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sam is defended easily by Moe.
Moe misses with a low kick.
Sam has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Moe.
Sam blocks a leg kick.
A punch combination from Sam misses.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Moe, right into the meat.

Sam instigates a clinch.

Moe pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Yosemite Sam wasn't doing enough on the ground.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Moe does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Sam is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Moe can't fight it off and eventually Sam manages to take the fight to the floor. Moe looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Moe wants to stand up but Sam is controlling him.

That's time! Sam's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Moe will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Moe lands with a kick to the temple. Sam shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Sam shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Moe is trying to defend but Sam finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Sam wants to free his trapped foot but Moe is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Yosemite Sam has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Moe really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sam. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Sam is nestled in close to Moe, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
