Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mac Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Samson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyson comes to the cage accompanied by Punch-Out!!! - Theme Song. Samson has chosen The Venture Brothers Opening Theme as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Tyson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
A jab from Samson does it's job there.
Samson just misses with a punch to the body.

Samson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tyson was covering up waiting for the punch and Samson finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Tyson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Samson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tyson is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Samson loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Samson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Samson wants to advance to full mount but Tyson doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Tyson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Samson is pushing down on Tyson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Tyson is fighting to maintain full guard but Samson has managed to sneak the leg through.

Samson throws a strike but Tyson rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Tyson is looking to work some ground and pound but Samson has wrist control.
Tyson tries to free his leg and advance position but Samson is retaining full guard.
Samson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Samson has his foot on Tyson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tyson works his way back into a safe position though.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Samson will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Samson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Samson is working for a kimura but Tyson is defending it quite comfortably.

Tyson finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Samson's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Tyson falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brock Samson!
Brock Samson really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Firebird Designs logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
