Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dynamite Roll (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and uli yeo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roll fails with the takedown.
yeo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nice sprawl there from yeo as Roll shoots in.
Roll shoots in looking for a takedown. yeo tries to sprawl out of it but Roll keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. yeo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dynamite Roll. That's going to take a lot out of him.
yeo misses with a double jab.

yeo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Roll's guard.
Roll looking to hit a scissor sweep but yeo is one step ahead there.

Roll is looking for a triangle but yeo pushes his legs off easily.
Roll manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
yeo can't escape the position.

Roll is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, yeo has managed to escape the submission attempt.

yeo defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Roll.

That's one minute gone in the round.
yeo keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Roll avoids the attempt from yeo to control.
yeo tries to reverse the position but Roll maintains control.
yeo looks gassed!
Roll moves to the back position.

Roll is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. yeo defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Roll is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. yeo has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Roll has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! yeo taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Roll doesn't care though - he's delighted!
