The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan clobbers Pinto with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Morgan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Pinto shoots for a takedown but Morgan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Nice sprawl there from Morgan as Pinto shoots in.

Pinto feints and as Morgan raises his hands in defense, Pinto changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Morgan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Morgan can't keep his opponent in guard - Pinto advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Pinto is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Pinto looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Pinto has control of Morgan's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Morgan regains control of the situation pretty easily.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Pinto looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Pinto quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Pinto but it's paid off an Morgan is forced to tap! Nice work by Pinto.
