Monster comes into the arena with Cookie Monster Eating blaring out of the sound system. Ryan has chosen Girlfriend as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jake Ryan is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan throws out a loose jab but Monster uses good head movement to avoid it.
A slow jab from Ryan misses its intended target.
Ryan takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Ryan connects with a single shot there.


It looks like Cookie Monster has been cut.
Ryan connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Monster on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Monster lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ryan throws a lazy right hand but Monster sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Ryan swings for the body but Monster moves out of range.

Jake Ryan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ryan sizes up Monster with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Monster keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ryan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ryan gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Monster.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Ryan, right into the meat.

Monster ducks under a wild hook from Ryan.

and Monster counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Monster moves out of range as Ryan strikes.
Ryan looks to land a right hand but Monster moved out of range.
Monster misses with a two punch combination.
Nice straight punches there by Ryan. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Ryan.
Ryan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Monster.
Ryan throws an overhand right that drops Monster like a sack of potatoes! Ryan dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jake Ryan!
