The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belt fails with the takedown.
Belt shoots for a double leg takedown but McBrawlbrawl sprawls well. He's pushed Belt's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
McBrawlbrawl slaps away a takedown attempt from Belt, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Punchy McBrawlbrawl has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Red Belt.

McBrawlbrawl gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Belt tries for a takedown but McBrawlbrawl manages to get underhooks.

McBrawlbrawl misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Belt jumps guard but McBrawlbrawl turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
McBrawlbrawl wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Belt has him pressed against the cage.
McBrawlbrawl gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Belt.
Belt tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Belt has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed McBrawlbrawl clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Belt is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. McBrawlbrawl has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Belt has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! McBrawlbrawl taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Belt doesn't care though - he's delighted!
