Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Leshley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil DeBlunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Leshley might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Step into a World. DeBlunt is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Westside Connection - Bow Down. DeBlunt has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Phil DeBlunt was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeBlunt swings for the body but Leshley moves out of range.

Leshley fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Leshley ducks down and throws a hook to the body but DeBlunt moves away.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Leshley is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Leshley is nestled in close to DeBlunt, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
