Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Axel Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Paterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drago comes to the cage accompanied by Megadeth - Crush 'Em. Paterson has chosen Guerilla Radio by Rage Against The Machine as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be fireworks!

Drago fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Paterson manages to avoid it.

Paterson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Drago sprawls well initially but Paterson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Paterson is trying to work for a kimura but Drago is defending well.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Drago throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

A close round but David Paterson will probably get the nod.

Paterson closes the distance and clinches up with Drago, looking for a takedown. Paterson pushes Drago against the cage but Drago circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Drago scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Drago throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Paterson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Oooooh!!! Drago has knocked Paterson down with a huge combo! Drago steps away and waves a wobbly Paterson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Drago lands a really nice looking cross but Paterson seems unphased.

Axel Drago decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
