The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McKain thows a left - swing and a miss!
Jyytti throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jyytti throws a head kick but McKain moves out of range.
Horrible takedown by McKain or perhaps it was just good defense by Jyytti which made him look bad.
Jyytti throws a right hand that McKain ducks under and follows up with a left that McKain also avoids with ease.
Jyytti misses with the combination.
McKain bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
McKain ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Jyytti throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jyytti throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jyytti tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

and McKain counters with a straight right hand.

McKain lands a jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jyytti throws an uppercut from half a mile away. McKain sees it coming and avoids it easily.
McKain lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
McKain throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jyytti uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McKain.
Jyytti scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
McKain misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jyytti looks to land a left hand but McKain moved out of range nicely.
McKain scores with a hook to the body. Jyytti takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Jyytti bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps McKain's head backwards.
McKain jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Jyytti scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jyytti ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McKain moves away.
Jyytti tries to bum rush McKain with a series of wild strikes but McKain uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jyrki Jyytti is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jyytti needs to keep his hands up - McKain had a free shot at his head there.
McKain cracks the inside of Jyytti's front leg.
McKain shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jyytti napping and manages to drive through into side control!

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Jyytti takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! McKain's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
