Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Murphy Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bas Bohn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Bas Bohn has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Murphy Brown's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Murphy Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bas Bohn!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Steve Erwin and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bohn dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Brown. That did some damage!
Bohn chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Brown is breathing heavily.
Brown takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Bohn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bohn keeps Brown at a distance using the push kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bohn throws a head kick but Brown moves out of range.
Bohn throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Brown.

It looks like Murphy Brown has been cut.

Bohn feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Brown sprawling to the canvas! Brown rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Bohn finish him?!

Brown is rocked!
Brown drops his hands momentarily and Bohn needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Brown just on the top of the head. Brown drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Brown - he's done!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Bas Bohn!
