Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Banny Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Javier Esteban (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hill clinches up with Esteban and pushes him back against the cage.

Hill has clasped his hands together around Esteban's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Hill wants to stand but Esteban has his arm trapped.

Esteban tries to clinch up but Hill circles away and keeps his distance.

Esteban stuns Hill with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Esteban paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Esteban wants to get back to his feet but Hill is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Esteban is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Hill really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Hill wants to stand but Esteban has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hill's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Esteban is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hill is controlling him.

That was a close round but I would say that Banny Hill will probably get the nod.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hill tries to score a power double leg takedown but Esteban sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hill somewhat.

Hill closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Hill wants the takedown. Esteban is fighting it off but Hill persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Esteban's guard against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Esteban struggles to land a body shot inside as Hill controls his hands.
Hill is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Esteban is defending well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Banny Hill. That's going to take a lot out of him.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Hill here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

I would just about give that final round to Javier Esteban.
