Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between William Middleton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sloan Erak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, William Middleton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Sloan Erak!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Middleton fails to land with a series of punches.
Middleton has a takedown stuffed.
Erak gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Middleton counters with a head kick.
Erak takes the fight into the clinch.
Middleton breaks the clinch.
William Middleton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Erak circles away from the clinch attempt
and Erak holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Middleton lands an elbow inside.
Erak has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Middleton is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Erak gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Middleton.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Erak had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Middleton is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Erak Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Middleton's back instead.
Erak looks gassed!
Middleton turns into Erak and is now in his guard.

Middleton stands up over Erak, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Middleton is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Middleton really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Middleton rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Erak moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
No luck for Erak with that takedown attempt.

Erak avoids the head kick by Middleton.
Middleton feints and as Erak raises his hands in defense, Middleton changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Middleton is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Erak's shoulder. That is not cool.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Erak regains half guard there - taking advantage of Middleton's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Middleton content to control rather than advance.
The referee stands the fighters back up. William Middleton just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Erak takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Erak moves into the clinch successfully.

Erak has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Middleton avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Middleton is on top in guard.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Erak looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Middleton is fending him off so far but Erak persists. Nope, Middleton circles away and we're back to standing.

Erak has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Middleton finds it's way round the side to connect with Erak's head.

A nice combination there by Middleton.
Erak shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Middleton's guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Erak can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Middleton is looking to escape.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to William Middleton.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Middleton, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
