The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carneiro will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Carneiro clinches up with Cobb and pushes him back against the cage.

The referee is keeping an eye on Cobb - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Carneiro is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Cobb is defending well.
Carneiro goes for a takedown attempt but Cobb pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Coco Cobb has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diego Carneiro.
Cobb misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Carneiro.
Carneiro changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cobb tries to avoid it but Carneiro manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cobb to the ground. Cobb escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
