Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anton Ton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolay Romanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 4 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Anton Ton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nikolay Romanov!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Aleksandr Martynov and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romanov tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Romanov looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Ton misses with a double jab.
Romanov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Romanov throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ton counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Sloppy strikes from Romanov. Those never looked like landing.
Ton fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Romanov avoids it really well and circles away.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

That was a close round but I would say that Anton Ton will probably get the nod.

Ton has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Romanov uses from the top position.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

I would just about give that final round to Nikolay Romanov.
