Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Sullivan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diago Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diago Sanchez told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rocky Sullivan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Jorge Garcia and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sullivan shoots in looking for a takedown. Sanchez tries to sprawl out of it but Sullivan keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sanchez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Diago Sanchez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sullivan fails with a takedown attempt.
Sanchez misses with a lunging right hand
and Sullivan counters with a left to the body.
Sullivan throws a combination. Sanchez tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Sanchez throws a right hand that misses
and Sullivan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sanchez throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Sullivan counter with a right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sanchez throws a poor cross that misses
and Sullivan counters with a one-two to the body.
Sullivan lands a jab to the head.
Sanchez throws out a powerful jab.
Sanchez rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Sullivan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Sanchez is rocked!
Sullivan shoots for a double leg takedown but Sanchez sprawls well. He's pushed Sullivan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rocky Sullivan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sanchez misses with a lunging right hand
and Sullivan counters with a nice uppercut.
Sanchez is still on wobbly legs! Can Sullivan finish him?
Sanchez misses with a left hand
and Sullivan counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Sanchez misses with an uppercut
and Sullivan counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
