Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dingo Monster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake The Snake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dingo Monster!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jake The Snake!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Skip Squint and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Snake lands a slapping body shot.
The Snake keeps the fight on the outside.
The Snake tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Monster takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Monster tries to clinch up.
Monster has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
The Snake avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Monster has The Snake up against the cage in a clinch.

It looks like Jake The Snake has been cut.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as The Snake accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The Snake takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The Snake seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.


Monster is rocked!
The Snake lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Monster quite badly. Monster pulls The Snake in close trying to recover. The Snake postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Monster on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Monster doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jake The Snake!
