Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brucey Phillips (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Weebalos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Weebalos comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Big Sean - Guap kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Weebalos.
Phillips throws a series of punches but Weebalos moves out of range.
Weebalos wants to clinch.
Donk. Weebalos catches Phillips right on the button with a cross.
Weebalos loads up on a big right hand but Phillips slips the punch.
A left and a right from Weebalos both land. Nice combination.
Weebalos tries to close the distance and clinch up but Phillips swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Weebalos throws a right hand that Phillips ducks under and follows up with a left that Phillips also avoids with ease.

That was a close round but I would say that Brucey Phillips will probably get the nod.

Phillips's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Weebalos is holding on here and Phillips must be using up a lot of energy. Weebalos has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Phillips gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
