Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Petter Anier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vic Sotto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Sotto. Anier does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sotto scores with a jab. Anier acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Anier walks into a left hand.

Anier closes the distance and clinches.

Anier lands a left hand that snaps the head of Sotto backwards.
Anier jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sotto walks away with a smile on his face. Anier gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Anier shoots in for a takedown but Sotto shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
