Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gideon Gabriel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Santos comes to the cage accompanied by The Choosen One by Forever in Terror. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Santos shoots in looking for a takedown but Gabriel manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Santos's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Santos takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Gabriel keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Santos crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gabriel - the referee stops the clock and Santos gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gabriel. Santos manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Nice uppercut lands for Gabriel. That snapped Santos's head back.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oh Santos is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Santos. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gabriel lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Santos has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Santos and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Santos might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
Santos is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Santos closes this distance looking for a takedown but Gabriel circles away.
Santos is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Pablo Santos is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Santos gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Gabriel gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Santos is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
