Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Perry Straps (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ty Ming (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Straps comes to the cage accompanied by Oldies Rap. Ty Ming will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ming slaps away a takedown attempt from Straps, before circling back to the center of the mat.

It looks like Perry Straps has been cut.

Straps tries to pull guard but Ming forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Straps drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Ming gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Straps has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Ming after a bit of a struggle.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ming lands a nice shot that snaps Straps's head back.

Straps gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Perry Straps is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

and Straps counters with a takedown into side control.

Straps passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Ming!
Straps pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Straps throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Ming has his hands clasped together but Straps breaks the hold and Ming is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Straps!
