PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Naye Kaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayne Jared (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wayne Jared told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Naye Kaka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Wayne Jared!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jared connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
A jab from Jared does it's job there.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Jared!
Kaka dives in and grabs Jared's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jared pushes down on Kaka's head and hops out.
Jared tests Kaka's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jared clobbers Kaka with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Jared displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kaka.
Kaka fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Naye Kaka. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jared dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Naye Kaka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jared throws a shot to the body.
Kaka throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jared's waist but Jared gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kaka off to one side.
Kaka has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Kaka is rocked!
Jared cracks Kaka with a good jab.
Oh Kaka is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jared fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Kaka to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Kaka looks to clinch but Jared throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Kaka taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
