Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Johan Herberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Patton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Patton comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Marilyn Manson - Born Villain kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Herberg with that takedown attempt.
Patton scores with a sloppy right hand. Herberg should have avoided that one.
Sloppy strikes from Patton. Those never looked like landing.
Patton scores with a push kick.
Herberg shoots in looking for a takedown but Patton manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Herberg's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Herberg looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Patton fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Patton swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Patton lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Herberg shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Patton as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Johan Herberg. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Patton lands a big head kick that sends Herberg tumbling to the mat! Patton takes a step backwards and waves Herberg back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Johan Herberg has been cut.
Patton drops Herberg with a naaaaasty hook - Herberg is in real trouble here! Patton dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
