PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Waiyu Maddo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Super Crisse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Super Crisse has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maddo throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Maddo lands with a slapping head kick.
Super Crisse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crisse blocks the body kick.
Maddo tries a head kick but it misses.
Maddo looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Maddo tries to land a front kick but Crisse steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Crisse shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Maddo counters with a nice kick to the body.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Crisse crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Maddo - the referee stops the clock and Crisse gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Maddo. Crisse manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Maddo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Crisse stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Maddo wants to improve his position but Crisse is controlling well.
