Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Takanori Gomez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vyacheslav Fedotov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fedotov takes a swing at Gomez's ribcage but misses.
Gomez scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Gomez decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Gomez is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Fedotov makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Fedotov.

Gomez tries to free his leg and advance position but Fedotov is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gomez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fedotov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gomez is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Fedotov looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Fedotov looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gomez is one step ahead there.
Gomez will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Gomez drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Gomez as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Fedotov screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Gomez! Nice submission victory there!
