Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andres Krozz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robin Padilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Padilla comes into a darkened arena with his song building. boom!!! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Andres Krozz had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
23 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andres Krozz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Robin Padilla!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krozz works over Padilla's head and body with a nice combination.
Padilla waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Krozz.
Krozz wants to clinch.
Padilla keeps the fight on the outside.
Krozz throws an overhand right that lands on Padilla's shoulder, as Padilla tries to avoid the shot.
Padilla has taken the fight to the clinch.
Padilla blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Krozz tries to work over Padilla's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Krozz.
Padilla manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Krozz lands with a right to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Krozz tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Krozz misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Padilla drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Krozz gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Padilla blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Padilla pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Padilla blocks a head kick by Krozz.
Krozz tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Padilla feints and as Krozz raises his hands in defense, Padilla changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Padilla sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Krozz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Padilla on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Padilla is working Krozz over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Krozz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Krozz trying to keep a closed guard but Padilla is proving a slippery customer.
Krozz can't keep his opponent in guard - Padilla advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Padilla not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Padilla slows the pace down in half guard.
Padilla is nestled in close to Krozz, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Krozz wants to control but Padilla is keeping busy.

Well, if Padilla is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Padilla has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Krozz is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Padilla yanks on the arm and Krozz is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Padilla.

Robin Padilla very nearly forgot to thank 1337 ANZAC amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
