The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mojaus fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Arcade has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

It looks like Marby Arcade has been cut.
Arcade lands a nice shot to the body.
Aimo Mojaus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Arcade ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mojaus moves away.

Arcade swings wildly with an uppercut but Mojaus uses good head movement to avoid it.

Mojaus pushes Arcade back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Arcade moves into range and clinches up with Mojaus.
Mojaus blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Mojaus seems to have recovered his senses.
Arcade is leaning against Mojaus and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Arcade drops Mojaus with a big right hand! Arcade charges in looking to finish - Mojaus manages to keep Arcade in his guard and seems to have recovered somewhat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Arcade seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mojaus can do anything to dispel that myth.

Mojaus tries to get to full guard but Arcade has control of the leg.

Marby Arcade has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Arcade punishes Mojaus's body with a nice straight punch.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Arcade catches Mojaus napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Mojaus to the canvas!

Mojaus buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Mojaus finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

and Arcade counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Mojaus thinking.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Arcade counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Mojaus seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Arcade shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Mojaus is backing up but Arcade catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Mojaus covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Arcade Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

After winning the bout, Marby Arcade thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
