PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eldoth Kron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Obed Flying Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kron kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Afterworld. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Chris Saunders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kron scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Flying Fox scoring well with a low kick there.
Flying Fox throws a chopping leg kick but Kron manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Kron shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Flying Fox napping and manages to drive through into side control!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Kron got a little sloppy there for a moment and Flying Fox has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kron has managed to get both his arms back between Flying Fox's legs - danger averted.

Kron turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Kron manages to end up in side control.

Obed Flying Fox showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Kron shoots in looking for a takedown. Flying Fox tries to sprawl out of it but Kron keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Flying Fox manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eldoth Kron. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Flying Fox takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Kron throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kron does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Flying Fox connects with a leg kick. Kron looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Horrible takedown by Flying Fox or perhaps it was just good defense by Kron which made him look bad.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Flying Fox paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Flying Fox closes the distance and clinches.
