The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pellegrino fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bom manages to avoid it.

A big head kick from Pellegrino and Bom is sent sprawling to the canvas!

It looks like Beck Bom has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Bom wants to sweep here but Pellegrino controlling him for the moment.

Pellegrino sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bom's guard.

Pellegrino decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Pellegrino lands a nice leg kick that just misses Bom's sensitive parts.

and Pellegrino connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bom closes the distance but Pellegrino moves to the side
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Bom throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bom takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Pellegrino wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

and Pellegrino counters with a nice leg kick.

Pellegrino throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bom stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Pellegrino lands a slapping body shot.

Pellegrino ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Pellegrino scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Pellegrino connects with a good right hand that stumbles Bom. Bom circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Pellegrino circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Bom drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Pellegrino follows Bom to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
