The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor misses with a wild combination.

Zwyzke moves into range and clinches up with Taylor.

Taylor breaks the clinch.
Zwyzke uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Taylor.

Zwyzke closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Zwyzke lands in his opponent's guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Taylor is on top in guard.
Taylor wanted to stand there but Zwyzke had control of the position.
Taylor must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Zwyzke wants to stand up but Taylor is controlling him.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Zwyzke is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Zwyzke bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Taylor's guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Taylor looks gassed!

Zwyzke postures up in Taylor's guard and throws a big left but Taylor blocks it.
Taylor is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Zwyzke is controlling him.
Zwyzke wants to control from the top but Taylor keeps moving.
Zwyzke passes into half guard.
Zwyzke is pressing down on Taylor's thigh, looking to free his foot. Taylor is holding on for now.

Zwyzke seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Taylor is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
