Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Berg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei Zangiev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Peter Berg has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zangiev shoots in for a double leg but Berg sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Berg has Zangiev up against the cage in a clinch.

Zangiev has Berg pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Zangiev pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Berg tumbling to the mat - Zangiev dives into Berg's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Berg is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Zangiev is controlling him.
Zangiev tries to free his leg and advance position but Berg is retaining full guard.
Zangiev postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Zangiev working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Berg is trying to keep Zangiev in close.
Zangiev throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Berg works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Zangiev trying to control the position from guard on top but Berg is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Zangiev stays in close to Berg's body and controls the position.

Berg preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Berg wriggles free and stands up.
Zangiev fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Berg avoids it really well and circles away.

Zangiev forces Berg back against the cage and clinches.

Zangiev gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Berg is trying to control but can't.
Zangiev thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Zangiev keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Zangiev lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Berg is trying to maintain the position but Zangiev is very close to passing his half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Zangiev wants to lay and pray for a moment but Berg keeps working.

Berg looking for submissions off his back.
Berg is breathing heavily.
Zangiev passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Berg!

Berg is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Zangiev locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Berg is forced to tap!
