Lirette comes to the cage accompanied by Right Above It. Patryk Szczerbiec will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lirette fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Szczerbiec to the ground. Lirette is now in Szczerbiec's guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Travis Lirette.

and Szczerbiec connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Lirette misses with a few strikes there.
Szczerbiec throws a right hand that Lirette ducks under and follows up with a left that Lirette also avoids with ease.
Good leg kick by Szczerbiec there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
