Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Victory Agu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ellic McCrae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Agu's entrance music is Feel The Pain - Dinosaur Jr. A fine choice. Ellic McCrae is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Chris Edwards and James Atkins.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from McCrae misses the target.
Agu defending well as McCrae loads up on a big left hand.

McCrae takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Agu throws a half hearted mid kick.
Agu paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Agu, right into the meat.
McCrae fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Agu avoids it really well and circles away.
Good leg kick by Agu there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Agu perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
McCrae has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
McCrae's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Agu obliges.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Agu creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
