Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Austin Worner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Duane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Duane looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Worner is looking for a sweep. Duane is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Worner moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Worner is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Worner stops Duane from getting back to his feet.
Duane misses with some strikes from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Worner seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Duane does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Worner takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Worner seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Worner wants to take a breather but Duane is having none of it.

Duane wants to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Worner wants to lay and pray for a moment but Duane keeps working.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Austin Worner.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Worner.

Duane throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Worner tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Duane is in Worner's guard.

Worner working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Duane doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Worner is tightening it up a little... Duane has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Duane reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Duane taps out! Nice BJJ there by Worner!
