Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pejo Radman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Butch Nickerson!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Radman stuffs the takedown attempt from Nickerson. Nickerson gets slowly back to his feet.
Radman tries to sprawl but Nickerson drives through with a takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Radman wants to get back to his feet.
Radman is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Nickerson scores with a couple of nice shots.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nickerson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Radman defends it well.
Nickerson is nestled in close to Radman, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Nickerson seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nickerson seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Radman is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
