Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Giant Tank!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson moves to clinch but Tank breaks away
letting Tank counter with a right hand.
Tank looks to land a combination but Johnson avoids it well.
Jack Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johnson tries to clinch up.
Johnson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tank swats him away and circles back towards the center.

It looks like Giant Tank has been cut.
Tank tries to break the clinch but Johnson is controlling the position.

Johnson pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the ropes.

This has been an exciting period of action!

The crowd cheers as Johnson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tank doesn't seem phased though.
Tank throws a series of punches but Johnson moves out of range.

Tank tries to circle away but Johnson has him pinned against the ropes.
Johnson lands an elbow inside that Tank shrugs off.
Tank blocks the elbow strike.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That has opened up Giant Tank's cut even more.
Johnson lands a damaging elbow.


The cut above Giant Tank's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Johnson tries to clinch but Tank moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Johnson has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Giant Tank's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Giant Tank's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
