The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marshall is trying hard to land a takedown here. Swano sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Marshall is defended easily by Swano.
Swano ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Marshall moves away.

Swano drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Marshall preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Marshall escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Swano gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Swano trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Marshall tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Swano won't allow Marshall to get back to his feet.
Marshall keeping moving, preventing Swano from controlling successfully.
Swano is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Marshall working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Swano doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Swano manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Swano is sitting in close to Marshall's body. Marshall has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Swano is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Swano is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Marshall.
