Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mati Mefju (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Casper Ghost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mefju is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Mefju looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Ghost tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mefju sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ghost somewhat.
Mefju scores with a crisp jab that stopped Ghost in his tracks.
Mefju fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Ghost displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mefju.
Ghost closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mefju circles away.

Ghost tries to bum rush Mefju with a series of wild strikes but Mefju uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Ghost changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mefju fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Casper Ghost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ghost throws a half hearted mid kick.
Ghost throws a nice looking combination but Mefju bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Mefju shoots in but Ghost avoids the takedown attempt easily.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Ghost tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Ghost changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mefju tries to avoid it but Ghost manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mefju to the ground. Mefju escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Mefju drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

A thudding body kick lands there by Ghost!
Ghost moves in looking to clinch but Mefju pushes him off.

Ghost shoots in and bounces Mefju off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Mefju not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Casper Ghost showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Ghost fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Mefju to the ground. Ghost is now in Mefju's guard.
Mefju wants to hit a switch here but Ghost passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Mefju there!

Ghost with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Ghost can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mefju is looking to escape.
Ghost avoids the attempt from Mefju to control.
Ghost wants to control the pace but Mefju is squirming around nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ghost moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Mefju has worked his arm free - good work by Mefju!
Ghost wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mefju keeps working.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Well Ghost has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
