Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tero Korkkanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayne Boden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Korkkanen misses with a looping right.
Boden looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Boden ducks under a wild hook from Korkkanen.
Korkkanen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Boden stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Boden throws a right and a left that both miss.
Boden throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Boden throws the left hand but Korkkanen avoids the punch easily.
Boden throws a jab but it's blocked by Korkkanen.
Korkkanen works Boden's body with a nice hook.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Korkkanen tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Boden is able to avoid easily.
Boden drives through and clinches with Korkkanen against the cage.

Still in the clinch, Boden scores with a nice short uppercut.
Boden breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Boden swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Boden steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Korkkanen.
Korkkanen rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Boden counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Korkkanen tests Boden's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Boden throws a hook to the side of Korkkanen's head but Korkkanen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Korkkanen throws a lazy right hand but Boden sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Korkkanen. Boden does a little dance to reset his feet.
Boden uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Korkkanen.
Boden uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Korkkanen.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Boden staying out of range there.
A slow jab from Korkkanen misses its intended target.
Boden lands a lovely overhand right.
Tero Korkkanen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Korkkanen misses with a straight left.
The fighters circling - Korkkanen throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Korkkanen swings away with a leg kick that misses.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Korkkanen lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Korkkanen works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Boden looks to throw the jab but Korkkanen is out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tero Korkkanen dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

and Korkkanen counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Boden misses with a hook. Korkkanen ducked under it nicely.

Korkkanen throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Boden.
Korkkanen dodges the punch combination from Boden.
Korkkanen cracks Boden with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Boden looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Korkkanen finish him?
Boden is rocked!
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Boden in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Boden will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Boden doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Tero Korkkanen is winning the standup battle so far.
Boden looks to land a left hand but Korkkanen moved out of range nicely.
Boden gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Boden tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Korkkanen is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Boden buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Boden!! Boden is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Korkkanen throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
