The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson tries to clinch but Diza moves away
and Diza counters with a series of strikes. Johnson will be more careful next time no doubt.
Diza thows a body shot but no joy.
Diza throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Johnson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Diza sprawls well. Diza wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet.
Johnson closes the distance looking to clinch
and Diza counters with a nice uppercut.
Diza avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Diza looks to score with a jab to the body but Johnson is just out of range.

and Diza counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Diza scores with a counter punch that sends Johnson to the canvas! Diza smells blood - he's punishing Johnson with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Johnson has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
