Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lazarus Po (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl Yoeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Po might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Tribal Seeds- Vampire. Carl Yoeman will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Carl Yoeman!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Micheangelo Fripello and Chris Saunders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoeman tries a head kick but it misses.
Po looks to score with a jab to the body but Yoeman is just out of range.
Po avoids the head kick by Yoeman.
Po throws a leg kick but Yoeman sees it coming and checks it nicely.
A clash of legs there as Po blocks the low kick.
Yoeman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Po sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Yoeman somewhat.

Yoeman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Po's waist but Po gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Yoeman off to one side.

Po lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Yoeman circles away quickly and effectively.

Po is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Po here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Po is pressed up against the cage. Yoeman has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Po down to the mat. Po avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
