Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Raymond Triplett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janusz Gawrolek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Janusz Gawrolek will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gawrolek is defended easily by Triplett.

A jab-cross combination lands for Triplett and sends Gawrolek crashing to the mat! Triplett follows him down to the mat - Gawrolek regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Gawrolek has his foot on Triplett's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Triplett works his way back into a safe position though.

Triplett is posturing up here but Gawrolek has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Triplett tries to roll out but it's too tight and Triplett has to tap! Slick submission there by Gawrolek!
