The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Pietrzak catches DeLuise right on the button with a cross.
DeLuise throws a right hand that Pietrzak ducks under and follows up with a left that Pietrzak also avoids with ease.
DeLuise lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
DeLuise throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Pietrzak counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
DeLuise swinging wildly here.
DeLuise misses with a few strikes there.
Pietrzak pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Pietrzak misses with a hook. DeLuise ducked under it nicely.

DeLuise takes the fight into the clinch.
Pietrzak misses with a knee to the head.
Pietrzak tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
DeLuise tries to break free but Pietrzak pushes him back against the cage.
Pietrzak scores with an uppercut up the middle.

DeLuise tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Pietrzak's elbow.

Pietrzak tries to stall but DeLuise uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Pietrzak throws a punch but it's blocked by DeLuise.

DeLuise lands with a right to the head.
Pietrzak is trying to break the clinch but DeLuise has him pressed against the cage.
Pietrzak avoiding damage as DeLuise throws knees to the body.
Pietrzak drops down looking for an ankle pick but DeLuise pulls his leg out and moves away.
DeLuise lands a body shot.
Dom DeLuise seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
DeLuise tries to score with a low kick but Pietrzak moves his leg out of the way.
Pietrzak throws a jab but it's blocked by DeLuise.

DeLuise instigates a clinch.
DeLuise's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
DeLuise can't find room to land a body shot as Pietrzak controls the action.
Pietrzak blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
DeLuise misses with a hook from the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A head punch on the inside from Pietrzak fails to land.
DeLuise prevents a body shot from Pietrzak.
Pietrzak taking a breather.
Pietrzak tries to pull guard but DeLuise holds him up against the cage and eventually Pietrzak drops back down to his feet.
Pietrzak is looking to break free of the clinch but DeLuise has double underhooks.

DeLuise manages to break the clinch.
Dom DeLuise is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Pietrzak looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
DeLuise throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
DeLuise takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Sloppy strikes from DeLuise. Those never looked like landing.

DeLuise lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
DeLuise tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pietrzak was well out of range. Poor timing from DeLuise.
Pietrzak smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
DeLuise throws a chopping leg kick but Pietrzak manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Pietrzak misses with a straight left.
Pietrzak takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Pietrzak misses with a kick to the body.
Sloppy strikes from Pietrzak. Those never looked like landing.
DeLuise throws a head kick that half lands.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

DeLuise drives through and clinches with Pietrzak against the cage.

Pietrzak has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed DeLuise clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Pietrzak is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. DeLuise is defending well though. Pietrzak let's go of the attempt for now.

Pietrzak throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage.
DeLuise is trying to stand back up.
DeLuise covering up well under a barage of strikes.

Pietrzak has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for DeLuise! Can he survive? No! He's out! Pietrzak gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
