Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Omen Deng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Solomon Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins has chosen Gogol Bordello - Wonderlust King as his entrance music. Solomon Jenkins will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deng misses with a looping left.
Deng throws a hook but Jenkins blocks it.
A left lands for Jenkins.
Jenkins throws a sloppy head kick and Deng moves out of range easily.
Jenkins slips under a jab from Deng.
Deng lands a body shot.
Jenkins scores with a one two! Deng had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Deng throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Deng looks to land a left hand but Jenkins moved out of range nicely.
Jenkins is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Jenkins ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Jenkins listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Deng throws a combination that misses
and Jenkins counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Deng gets a double leg takedown into Jenkins's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Jenkins utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Deng throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Jenkins is pulling down on Deng's head. It's preventing any offense from Deng, at least for the moment.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jenkins wants to stand and escape but Deng is having none of it.

Jenkins is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Jenkins is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Deng takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Good exchange - Jenkins coming out on top.

It looks like Omen Deng has been cut.

A solid leg kick lands there for Jenkins.
Jenkins misses with a body shot.
Jenkins throws a series of punches but Deng moves out of range.
Deng tries to bum rush Jenkins with a series of wild strikes but Jenkins uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jenkins. Deng does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jenkins lands a right hook to the body.
Deng takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Omen Deng seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Deng falls off balance throwing a combination
and Jenkins counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Deng slaps away a takedown attempt from Jenkins, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Jenkins tests Deng's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jenkins misses the shot to the body.

Deng displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jenkins.

Deng takes a swing at Jenkins's ribcage but misses.
Deng misses with a looping right.
Jenkins shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Deng eats them both and turns towards Jenkins to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Jenkins fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Deng manages to avoid it.
Jenkins misses with a straight left.
Jenkins wants to land a leg kick but Deng is out of range.
Jenkins is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Deng had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Deng throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jenkins counters with a lovely shot to the body.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The crowd cheers as Jenkins lands an impressive looking overhand right. Deng doesn't seem phased though.
Jenkins comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jenkins misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Deng.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Jenkins throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Solomon Jenkins seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Deng looks to land a left hand but Jenkins moved out of range nicely.
Jenkins misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Deng fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Deng takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Deng shoots in looking for a takedown. Jenkins tries to sprawl out of it but Deng keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jenkins manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Deng just misses with a punch to the body.

Jenkins lands a big head kick that sends Deng tumbling to the mat! Jenkins takes a step backwards and waves Deng back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Deng is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jenkins drops Deng with a huge uppercut! Deng drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Jenkins is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
