Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Afro Samurai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josepha Caron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Caron is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Gros Jambon. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samurai misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Caron lands a left and a right that send Samurai crashing to the mat, dazed. Caron thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Afro Samurai has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Caron closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Nice body punch from Caron - that landed with a thud.
Samurai digs a right hand into Caron's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Caron's gas tank.

Samurai is looking to control Caron's arms but Caron gets an underhook and turns him. Now Samurai has his back to the cage.
Caron lands an elbow that stopped Samurai in his tracks for a moment.

Caron tries a body shot but Samurai blocks it.

Samurai chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Caron can pounce on him.
Caron throws a nice outside leg kick.
Caron throws a right and a left that both miss.
That kick from Caron tenderised Samurai's leg. Samurai is trying to keep his angry face on.
Samurai throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Caron throws a nice inside leg kick.
Caron lands with a kick to the ribs.
Caron rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Samurai moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nice straight punches there by Caron. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Caron.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Caron! Samurai is backing up but he can't get away as Caron lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Samurai and ends the fight. Great knockout.
